6th grade and Virtual Reality

I introduced an online program call CoSpaces to 6th grade. In their Social Studies classroom they had an assignment of coming up with their own town (name, climate, cities, population, etc.). I thought it would be fun for them in technology class to create a setting related to the town that they had imagined. They loved it! They came up with really neat ideas and learned how to use a 3D space on the computer.
